Shots for the nonprofit NewFilmmakers Los Angeles (NFMLA) consisting of freelance work from their various events, including their 2023 January, February, and April film festivals and joint student mentorship program with NBCUniversal.

NFMLA monthly festivals showcase innovative works by emerging filmmakers from around the world across general and “InFocus” programming blocks, the latter of which celebrates diversity, inclusion and region by spotlighting specific communities of filmmakers.

The NBCU Academy Mentorship Program in February of 2023 provided Los Angeles highschoolers the opportunity to learn about the business of NBCUniversal on-site at Universal Studios and tour the Universal Studios Lot.
